I don't think so. The writer was just pointing out the behavior of a few ignorant kids. What do Ray Lewis and players like him have to do with WVU football? The truly bush league entity is the gazette. They're no more than a NY Times wanna be. It makes me sick that such a sorry rag has the audacity to put the "states newspaper" on their front page.
