Topic: [Recipes] Grilled Cheese and Pepperoni Sandwiches

I just love these grilled cheese sandwiches! And they go great with creamy tomato soup with a little chopped pepperoni, chopped basil and shredded cheese in the soup!

Add a slice of you favorite cheese to a slice of bread. (I usually use Kraft american or cheddar)

Chop a few slices of pepperoni and add to the top of the above.

Add a little of some shredded blend cheese (whatever you like). I like mexican or italian blend 4 cheeses from Kraft.

Top with another slice of bread.

Fry with a little butter.

Options:
Seed 1/2 of a tomato and finely chop.
Add to the sandwich before the shred blend.
add some fresh or ground basil on top of the chopped tomato.

Other chesses can be used as well in whatever combination you choose.
