We bought our cat some fancy schmancy fresh catnip at a farmer's market and couldn't wait to try it out on her. She's immune. Nothing. I was so disappointed.

Seriously, if you want to talk about Kitty crack try Fancy Feast dry gourmet food. A friend at work told me about it. It's a little pricey, even at Walmart, for everyday, but I'll scoop out a little and use it as treats. I have it in a tupperware container, hidden in my closet, with the door closed. She attacked the container trying to get it open. I originally put it in the cabinet w/the rest of her food and she opened the door, got the bag open and when I caught her, all I could see was her butt and tail sticking out of the bag. She's a eater and not finicky at all, but she's insane over this stuff. She seems to be crazier about the beef than the seafood though.

:roflmao:  Now that is too funny.  "Kitty baby" is hyper enough.  She was trying to climb a thin limb in a tree the other day and landed smack in the middle of my pond!

That's our cat too....has no effect.

My cat is addicted to Pacific salmon. A store here sells it in big patties (like salmon cakes), ready to put in the skillet or oven, and every time I take the bag out of the freezer he watches and waits by his dish until he gets his share. Today I felt sorry for my daughter's dog - a yellow lab - and gave her some as well.
