chat...is it concrete or wood?

Ive got my own fix it dilemma...how to get a giant sliding door to actually slide. Its a major upper body workout to get mine to close.

Have you tried WD 40 or graphite?

I have tried the WD40 and its a temporary fix for a week or so. Does graphite work any better?

I've used the graphite in a powder form to lube throttle cables on my motorsickles, and it worked wonderfully. It may do better on the door than WD.
