Was Troy Davis the one who was convicted without ANY forensic evidence and only the eyewitness testimony of a single witness who initially told the police he didn't see the face of the perpetrator?
(Information that was withheld from the jury.)
If so, I would call that "a lack of evidence" of his guilt.

I guess not, the Troy Davis trial we're referring to forensic evidence was part of the case. Ironically, all the liberal judges on the supreme court all found that there wasn't a lack of evidence. I guess they looked at the evidence instead of the media hype.
