Ive used the gum, cold turkey, welbuterin/zyban...all with some short success. This time feels much different. (Maybe its because for the price of the stuff,I couldnt afford to smoke if I wanted to)

Commit lozenges worked great for me. They not only satisfied the nicotine craving but also helped with the oral aspect of smoking.

I totally and suddenly quit smoking on January 22 of last year. I used the lozenges for about two months, gradually cutting back on them as I did. Now I am smoke (and lozenge) free!!!!!!!!

It"s simple.. If you want to stop a recurring nightmare......wake up!!!!!!!! then the nightmare will stop..
