Carbon credits for sale.
« on: March 02, 2007, 01:59:32 PM »
There is a company that sells carbon credits. You too can buy them.

Guess who will sell you these carbon credits? Riiight, the father of global warming. No wonder he is pushing this so hard. Algore owns a company that will sell you junk, I mean, carbon credits.

Check out his little foray into capitalist territory. The company name is Generation Investment Management.

Watch out for the taxes, this is where it is heading. Follow the money.

I will change my thinking on algore he is a smart man, he is selling this global warming hoax while he is using 20 times more energy than the adverage  American.  Then he comes up with this scam to line his pockets with the money of the  enviro-nuts.

Just wait till the liberals start having to pay  the tax the UN wants also.

Tony:

Wonder why the enviro-nuts do not want to talk about this topic. Just cannot stand to view the truth about their buddy algore and his hoax.

Twenty times is only the main house, where he and Tipper live in unbelievable bliss. Then you have the guest house, 10 times the average home. Then the pool house and pool heating. Then the four vacation homes. Then the private jet rides. No wonder he needs to make money selling carbon credits . To himself, no less. Isn't that like drinking and driving then paying off the judge to stay on the road. Or even like Being the judge! I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm real thankful that we have Algore around to remind us of our extravagent ways.

See, this type of lie and misinformation from the right...and three on here..is exactly why this nation is turning their backs on republicans...

Dirty little truths to the lies...

‘Proud’ Polluter Sean Hannity Launches Pathetic Smear Attack Against Al Gore

On “Hannity’s America” tonight, Fox anchor Sean Hannity attacked Al Gore for what he called a case of “global warming hypocrisy.” Hannity presented no evidence to suggest Gore is currently flying on private jets or doing anything inconsistent with his record as one of our nation’s leading environmentalists. Here’s a review of some of the lowlights from tonight’s show:

Hannity attacked Gore for taking a private jet from New Hampshire to Washington DC in January 2000 in order to attend the State of the Union address.

    – Al Gore was the sitting Vice President at the time, and as such, he followed Secret Service security protocols. That is why he did not fly commercially, as Hannity seemed to suggest he should have.

Hannity cited ThinkProgress’s posting from last Friday, claiming that we “outed” Gore for still using private jets. He called it “another moment of global warming irony.”

    – It’s unclear what “irony” Hannity is referring to. As Gore’s office explained to us, he reduces his emissions as much as he can, drives a hybrid, flies commercially whenever possible, and purchases green power. In the few instances where he may have flown a private jet, he purchases carbon offsets for the emissions. Nothing in that record is inconsistent with someone trying to reduce his carbon footprint on our planet.

Hannity said: “I travel on private planes, I have an SUV that I’m proud of. I think this global warming hysteria of his is ridiculous.”

    – Thus, the real “irony” of tonight’s show was Hannity feigning concern for Gore’s carbon emissions, while expressing his naive belief that his own emissions are having no impact on our climate. If Hannity were truly concerned about carbon emissions, he would follow the example of Al Gore, cutback on his luxurious private jet lifestyle, and begin purchasing carbon offsets. If he’s not concerned about carbon emissions, then he should stop launching politically-motivated hit jobs that don’t have a point.

Repubs never have any solutions which is why our nation is in the dire domestic and foreign straits it is now....and their drum beating to hate-mongering and name-calling of democrats through lies and disinformation is getting less and less a response from Americans.

If you have it, squander it, that is the American way. Democrat/Republican/libertarian it doesn't matter, if you have it flaunt it is the policy of everyone, politics doesn't get in the way. Al Gore, really All More, is just typical of the American politician, take a poll and then profess righteously your support for the result. Consider the American teacher, each year they scream, if you want a good education for your child you must pay for it, then they say, it's for the children. What hypocrisy, but, each year at this time that is what they scream and the American citizen never catches on to this charade of it's for the children, what fools we are to not say in return, it’s for you teacher, this raise is for you. Is this correct, onlooker?

Sorry to disagree...but it was yet nothing more than another smear campaign from conservative media to the man who won the 2000 elections...

Here's the definitive review of Algore's fine efforts. By Mark Steyn. Might even make Cookie laugh. Or at least wake her up.

As you see, Villian, I finally learned how to cut and paste.

Just to throw this in, the power company has said they provided figures to no one, and that no one had inquired. So where did they come from?

Yes I see that your skills have improved, I knew that hamburgers were not always in your future as that ill-advised tattoo person often insinuated. Hard work and dedicated devotion is the key to success, you apparently have succeeded in your selected area of endeavor.

The leftwingnuts still havent addressed the main issue of "do as I say, not as I do" when it comes to Gores little house in Tenn. Provide them with facts, as we did above, and all we get is Cookie rants. Now maybe Cookie will talk about Gores energy usage.

How do you address a bold lie?  We have shown where this is nothing more than lies and misinformation from the fuhrer propaganda machine of a party that has this nation bankrupt, in the poorest reputation ever with the world and caught in a war they let their fuhrer, Mr Awol from the guard during Viet Nam, get them in with lies and deceptions.

There's no reason to disupte lies...they speak volumes for those who spread them, Tony.

Sorry Cookie, you have refuted nothing. We are talking about Gores private energy bills. Want to try that subject?
