Topic: I LOVE this product!

I was visiting some folks who had a Presto Pizzazz.  They were heating frozen garlic bread on it.  It's actually made for cooking fresh or frozen pizza, but they use it for cooking all manner of things in addition to pizza...he mentioned cooking wings and fries.  He says it is important to keep the tray clean.

Anyhow...we bought one....$39.76 at a Target store.  Cooked our first pizza on it yesterday.  From frozen it was done in 20 minutes.  This could be a new favorite small appliance!  In the picture, note the turntable tray which rotates around while heating elements above and below the rotating tray heat whatever is on the tray.

Yes!!!!   And you can actually watch the thing cook, out in the open, and decide just when to stop the cooking if you want to.  It has an auto-timer for up to 20 minutes, but you can do fewer minutes if desired.

that sounds awesome. I eat a lot of pizzas...and its a fine line between crisp and burned when I do it in my oven. Ill definitely stick this one on my Christmas list.

I *do* like these views -- shows the pizza being lifted and shows two colors of the appliance.  Mine is like the dark colored one.

Yep!  (Did you see, in the first link I posted, that it takes one-fourth the energy to cook it on this gadget than it does to cook it in your oven.  "But honey....think of all the money we'll save by buying this!")

I've seen them at Sam's, and on infomercials..  I think I would like to have one, but I'm afraid it would be like that George Foreman Grill I have  in the cupboard..  Use it like mad for  a few weeks, then it gets magically packed in the back of some cabinet, never to see the light of day again...

That is a nice item.  My brother in law has one and they use it at least 3 to 4 times a week.   

I told them that it is something they can get us for Christmas.  If we don't get one for Christmas, I will be getting one for us.  lol
